MENA Newswire News Desk: Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, hosted Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, at the Amiri Diwan in Doha today during an official visit aimed at reinforcing bilateral ties between the two Gulf nations. Sheikh Tamim warmly received Sheikh Khaled and his accompanying delegation, highlighting the strong fraternal ties that bind Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation across strategic sectors and furthering the shared interests of both nations.
The meeting began with Sheikh Khaled conveying the greetings of the UAE’s top leadership, including President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He extended their best wishes for the Emir’s health and prosperity, as well as for continued growth for the State of Qatar and its people.
In response, Sheikh Tamim reciprocated greetings to the UAE leadership, expressing his appreciation for the visit. The Emir praised the longstanding relationship between Qatar and the UAE and extended his well-wishes for the UAE’s continued development under its leadership. The Crown Prince thanked the Emir for the warm reception, noting the historical ties between the two nations and expressing optimism for future collaboration. He also conveyed his gratitude on behalf of the entire delegation for the Emir’s generous hospitality during this important visit.
